Terms: Your organization needs to send no money now. Your payment is due in full 30 days from date of receipt of merchandise or scheduled sales date (with approved credit - past due accounts are billed 2% per month interest).
All orders are subject to approval. Additional information may be required.
For convenience, American Fundraising.com will prepay the Freight & Handling Charges on most products. The shipping and handling charges will appear on your invoice and you are given FREE MERCHANDISE in the amount of the shipping and handling charges incurred. These charges are applied to your account at the retail price of the merchandise. This gives your organization Additional Free Merchandise to sell to cover the expenses incurred. * All product prices and styles are subject to change without notice.
Our products are sold to organizations for their resale to their customers. The fundraising organization is solely responsible for collecting any sales tax that may be due on its retail sales and remitting the taxes collected to the appropriate governmental agencies.
A tax exemption form may be downloaded from our website and returned for our records.
